The recovery from that was the most miserable I've been in my life. I didn't breathe out of my nose, but that's because I just couldn't, as my nose was completely stopped up. I'm not sure there was really anything I found that helped me get better faster... However, if you get some nasal saline spray, that can make you a little more comfortable, especially if you are breathing through your nose. The kind I'm talking about is in a metal pressurized can, not just the little bottle you squeeze. So get that kind, or there's this stuff called Ayr Saline Nasal Rinse, and you can mix it up yourself, its probably cheaper that way. Good luck with your recovery!
