		<description>My friend had it done a year ago and she said it was very painful during recovery....now she dosnt have any feeling in the tip of her nose or rounf her nostrils.  Her surgeon assures her this is normal though.

Make sure if you do decide to go ahead with it, you check your surgeon first.
